I noticed you don’t have #208 Donn Clendenon listed.

Thanks for the heads up. I didn’t know of the variation. I went and picked one up and should have it posted shortly after it arrives.

How do you explain that your back cards have not the same color.
    Thats samething for mines.
I wonder if that’s because someones of the them are fake
    What do you thinks about?

    • Ryan Cracknell August 21, 2011 at 6:35 pm #

I doubt any of these would be faked. A more likely explanation is that old cards were printed on different stocks across the run sometimes. Some were light, others were dark.

Fakes? Come on! Who would fake a Bobby Wine card?

Hey Just found your site I have the set myself but missing #208 Donn Clendenon. And as mentioned some of the backs are slightly different colors

    Love your site!
If you are interested, I own EVERY Expos Team sets from Topps, OPC, Fleer, Donruss, Upper Deck, Score & Bowman between 1969 and 1995, plus at least every topps set until 2005. These often include All Star cards, Team cards, League Leaders, Rookies, Highlights of Expos players etc…
The OPC sets parallel the Topps sets but during some years had less cards (1969 & 1970) and more cards 1971, 1976 thru 1985, than the Topps sets. These sets would add nicely to your pictorial collections.
